The old excitement returned after seeing their pianos, and we selected the Mason&Hamlin Model BB in June, 2005. I have continually been impressed with their service to us. They do not make promises they cannot keep. The Mason delivers the tone and quality expected, which makes practicing a joy. The Company works with the customer and tunes the piano better than any technician I have employed. The purchase was exciting and fun. The Ruggero's have renewed my faith in piano salesmanship.
