Restoration - Complete rebuilding of your family heirloom. Restoration includes new full fit pin block, refinished soundboard and plate, resurface and dag bridges with new bridge pins, restringing, Renner action parts. All work done to the highest level detail, specializing in pre-ware Steinway, Mason & Hamlin and Knabe pianos. Please call for references and/or more details about the rebuilding process.
In home service - Our technicians can provide any number of services includes tuning, regulation (adjustment of the touch), voicing (evenness of the tone), repairs, and any other miscellaneous item that may be needed. We pride ourselves in bringing out the best in each piano. If there is work needed, we will take the time to review the benefits and give you a written estimate.
In shop service items –We can provide complete action parts replacement including new hammers, shanks and flanges, wippens, keyframe cloth, using the finest Renner parts and felts. We can also analyze touch weight and customize for the customer. Hammer resurfacing, key bushing replacement, and other maintenance items including miscellaneous repairs are all provided by our shop.
PianoDisc installation - Once you have selected your dream piano, Ruggero Piano can install a player system from PianoDisc. All work in house by our certified, factory trained installer and we offer on site tutorials with each installation. Our one year of free tech support also applies to PianoDisc equipped pianos!
Other home/institutional services - We can order and install a variety of accessories including covers, caster cups, string covers, upright dollies and grand trucks, locks, and can upgrade your PianoDisc system with a number of options. We also offer written appraisals and evaluations for estates, insurance claims and donations.
