Young Chang
In 1956, the Kim brothers, Jai-Young, Jai-Chang, and Jai-Sup embraced the challenge of making pianos. Young Chang quickly grew into a manufacturer of instruments that provided to the public a special covenant: the provision of high quality pianos at prices that make them easily accessible to many. Quality of materials and workmanship have always been guiding concepts of Young Chang. However, Young Chang also asks each member of the manufacturing process to consider him or herself as an artist. South Korea boasts a rich artistic and cultural heritage and employees are proud and talented descendents of that tradition, the sons and daughters of ancient Korean artisans. Young Chang designers and engineers have created a highly sophisticated manufacturing environment where workers can dedicate themselves successfully to that tradition.
