Fantastic customer service--the knowledgeable, friendly and professional people at Ruggero Piano really impressed us, and we feel very confident in our decision. Zach talked us through the pros and cons of the different choices and patiently and expertly answered all of our questions. Once we were pretty sure we'd made a decision, the staff, rather than make a quick sale, suggested we wait a couple of weeks to take advantage of a promotional price.
