I had fun at Ruggero Piano, and I don't like to shop for anything, especially clothes, BUT....absolutely no pressure from Richard (father) and son (Chris). Other employees were just as gracious, knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out several times, playing various pianos, learning, listening. Within a week, the digital piano I bought, a Clavinova, was delivered by professional movers, set in place and off to the keys I went. Wonderful service all around. - Susan Collins
