I have been a customer of the Ruggero Piano Company for over 15 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Richard Ruggero is an excellent tuner and technician. Over the years I have sold pianos to them, and purchased pianos from them (Grands and Uprights). The quality of their showroom pianos is wonderful.
