What can I say...I learned so much about pianos every time I visited the store, and they were patient to educate, explain, and answer my many questions. It was a low-pressure environment with the opportunity to play pianos throughout the store as needed in order to narrow down to my preferred tone, feel, etc. The process is very much focused on matching you with the best piano for you, instead of trying to maximize revenue for the business.
