It has been an absolute pleasure working with Chris and the entire team at Ruggero Piano over the past few years. The in home tuning service is outstanding. Scheduling is easy and they are good about reminding me when the instrument should get a touch up. The time spent on not only tuning but also inspecting the instrument is really appreciated. Every time the tuner leaves the instrument sounds amazing and is playing better than it did before they arrived. I also rent pianos from Ruggero for events and performances and again they make it so easy with a ton of options for instruments and logistics to make each performance a success. Aside from all these areas of expectations around the services Ruggero Piano provides, they are a family run business and they treat you as such.
