Customer Reviews

For the past sixteen years, we have closely worked with Ruggero Piano for all our piano needs at Trinity Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC. With the expertise of knowledgeable and skilled personnel, Ruggero’s has always kept our pianos in fine tuning and working order. Richard has helped us secure two of our best instruments when we needed them most. Upon moving into our refurbished sanctuary, Richard recommended the Schimmel C213, a 7' grand piano, to make our worship music the best we could offer. The beauty and precision of this exceptional instrument was just what we needed and we are so pleased with the results. Secondly, Richard worked with us in securing a U1 Transacoustic piano for our main rehearsal room. The beauty of this instrument is that we have both a traditional upright piano mixed with a digital soundboard that adds another layer of technology to support our ever-changing musical stylings among various choirs and groups. With dependable technicians, quality tuning, professional advice, and partners in purpose, we’ve found we have everything we need now and for years to come in Ruggero Piano. - Steve Byers, Minister of Music and Worship, Trinity Baptist Church
