Ruggero piano long has a reputation as the leading and most respected piano store in the region. My biggest problem purchasing an instrument there was deciding among the many excellent options. The store carries not only new instruments but high quality (like new) refurbished pianos. I probably require less assistance in a piano store than many customers so I appreciated the space to browse and play but there was an employee nearby with ready answers to my specific questions. The entire process was low stress and incredibly efficient. Rare to make a purchase of this size and have nothing but positive feelings when it was all complete. - David Heid
