I have always found Richard Ruggero and the other members of his team to be excellent in taking care of my two pianos - a Steinway and a Yamaha. They are excellent at tuning the instruments and also in keeping me posted if there is anything meriting special attention. If I have questions, they are helpful in advising me what to do. I look upon the company almost as members of our family, especially Richard whom I have known for so many years. - Bill Smith
