Ruggero Piano company has taken care of my grand piano since I bought it. They have kept it in excellent condition and tuned regularly. They are dependable - when they say they will be here at a certain time, they show up and do the job thoroughly. If there is ever some particular problem they would explain what needed to be done so I could make the decision.
