I am very pleased with my piano from Ruggero! I was able to find exactly the piano I was looking for (a Yamaha with silent option), and appreciated Zach's assistance in helping me to choose the best one for my family, within our price range. There was no pressure while I was there, and they were able to deliver my piano fairly quickly. We will enjoy our Yamaha for many years to come!
