I moved to NC in June knowing nothing of piano stores. Fortunately, I emailed Chris at Ruggero Piano, explained I was physically prohibited from in store shopping, and he worked with me diligently to find the perfect piano for my needs. I have been thrilled with his selection and it is perfect! I highly recommend Ruggero, even if you have to do the unthinkable and buy a piano without playing it first.
