Ludwig Bösendorfer draws the first sketches of the Grand Piano 170 for the highly cultured salon society of Imperial Vienna. I have always found Richard Ruggero and the other members of his team to be excellent in taking care of my two pianos - a Steinway and a Yamaha. They are excellent at tuning the instruments and also in keeping me posted if there is anything meriting special attention. If I have questions, they are helpful in advising me what to do.
