Thank you Ruggero Piano for making my husband's Christmas (2019) wonderful! Worked with Chris to purchase a Clavinova CLP-635 as not only a house-warming gift for our new home but also a Christmas gift for my husband, Cody. Chris was awesome to work with from the beginning responding to every question in my emails before coming to the store and to all my emails asking for updates after ordering. I brought my husband to the store to get an idea of which piano he wanted to "eventually buy, maybe next year in 2020" and Chris knew (from my emails) this would be a surprise so he rolled with it while showing/explaining every option! After ordering the piano (Dec 2), Chris knew I hoped to have it in our home before Christmas and that the delivery could only happen during certain times so I could make sure my husband wasn't at home.
