Ruggero was the first store we visited on our quest to find a piano for our son. We felt immediately welcome and at ease once we walked into the door and were greeted by Richard Ruggero. We visited other stores afterwards but nothing compared to the customer service and selection of Ruggero. We decided upon a used Weinbach upright in excellent condition and with great sound.
