We bought a piano from Ruggero a few months ago and could not be more pleased with our experience. We first visited Ruggero in the spring to look at piano options and met with Chris. He was great about showing us the different options within our budget. We took a few months to think about our options and Chris was ready to help us when we were ready to buy in late summer. He walked me through their inventory at the time and we found a piano that has been perfect for my family. He was never pushy about our budget and was great about giving us the time we needed to make a decision. I have spent many hours refreshing my piano playing and my kids have loved playing it as well.
