I was really impressed with the customer service offered by Chris at Ruggero. I decided to purchase a Yamaha baby grand piano after spending the better part of an afternoon in the showroom. However Chris informed me later in the week that my selected model had a 3-6 month lead time. As a result, he offered to loan me a digital grand piano to play for no charge while I waited for my piano to come in, or I could opt for a higher-quality Yamaha that was already en route at a significantly discounted rate.
