I purchased a new Schimmel grand from Ruggero Piano in 2013. After looking at all the various piano dealerships and several independent technicians, it was clear that Ruggero Piano was set apart by their integrity and excellence. Since then, they have maintained my piano and other instruments for concerts/recitals. Richard, John, and the entire team have been excellent to work with, but I am especially grateful for their long-term partnership and their commitment to taking exceptional care of their customers.
