My first experience with Ruggero Piano was through a team, including my wife, in their search for a sanctuary piano for a large United Methodist Church in Eastern North Carolina. My wife came home full of compliments about the experience at Ruggero Piano and the team ended up deciding on a completely restored Steinway D, concert grand piano. The work that Ruggero did to restore this piano was magnificent! It looked and sounded new and the team and the entire church were thrilled! Because of their experience, I went with my Winston-Salem church's organist / pianist to Raleigh to visit Ruggero Piano to select a piano for our church. Richard, the owner, and Chris, the general manager were both so helpful and gracious. There was no pushiness at all, simply help when help was needed and plenty of space and freedom for us to try all of the pianos. Their inventory was impressive and we ended up selecting a Yamaha grand piano for the church. We have had the piano for more than a month and everyone is delighted with it! I was so impressed that I went back a third time to select a piano for my home. Again, everyone was friendly, helpful and discrete... in that they allowed space and time to really spend with the instruments. I ended up with a smaller grand piano and it was delivered yesterday. As before, everything was precise, professional and the piano is perfect! Whether you're purchasing for your club, your school, your church or your home, I would urge you to visit Ruggero Piano! As a professional musician, I've worked with many folks in the music business. These folks at Ruggero Piano are the best I've encountered and I will tell everyone I know how fantastic they are!
