What can I say...I learned so much about pianos every time I visited the store, and they were patient to educate, explain, and answer my many questions. It was a low-pressure environment with the opportunity to play pianos throughout the store as needed in order to narrow down to my preferred tone, feel, etc. The process is very much focused on matching you with the best piano for you, instead of trying to maximize revenue for the business. They're truly trying to help people enjoy the instrument they choose for years to come. Last, I will speak to the customer service: after an unfortunate and unexpected personal circumstance that would have delayed delivery, they offered to move the piano post-delivery, truly showing customer service beyond expectations, and very touching in these stressful pandemic days.
