Customer Reviews

This is quite obviously the best piano store in the region. I spent a long time shopping for my used piano, and that included a number of stores, used options from online listings, etc. And every time I came to Ruggero, I was on better quality pianos at the same prices as lower quality ones elsewhere. They have all these piano techs on site, doing deep master work on any pianos that need it. And they'll talk to you about all the details--great for me as I'm a stickler for every last bit of quality (especially in playability and action) and want to know the ins and outs. I ended up buying both a great digital (Yamaha P-525) for nighttime and my first baby grand (a Yamaha GB1K from 2019). I love it, and it's in such fantastic technical shape from Ruggero techs. I also asked an independent local piano tech his opinion of Ruggero and others, and he told me I could totally trust any and all of their piano techs' work, as they stand behind their used pianos. I even had an issue in my own life where I suddenly needed flexibility after I'd purchased but hadn't had it delivered, and they were flexible, helpful and downright encouraging on a personal level! I always felt welcome in the store. I had confidence buying with their trade-in program too, as I believe this piano store will stand the test of time for when I upgrade later, since they're running a service business as well as sales. So, my highest recommendation for the purchases of highest importance that you can make!! Many thanks to Chris, John and the team. - Phil Enock
