Ruggero Piano was unbelievably helpful in assisting us with procuring a new instrument for our 1500-seat worship space. The gothic cathedral architecture and acoustics of Duke Chapel make it a challenging space for a piano, so the selection process was critical. After playing many instruments in the showroom and in private homes, we decided on a Bösendorfer 225, which has been the perfect addition to our worship services and concert offerings. We were so pleased with the care and attention we received from Ruggero that we returned to them when we needed additional instruments for our staff office suite. - Dr. Zebulon M.
