Customer Reviews

I recently had Ruggero Piano to replace the hammers, action parts, and key covers on my Baldwin grand piano built in 1956. I am a concert artist who tours and records. I can not say enough good about the wonderful work they did for my on both my Steinway concert grand and my smaller Baldwin grand. The Baldwin had become quite worn from years of use and no longer had the beautiful sound it did at one time. They took the entire action back to their shops and new it sounds and plays like it did when it was new again. I especially like the new key covers they used which have a lovely velvety feel. They were all hand polished to feel as much like ivory as possible and I am thrilled with the result. They will be taking care of my pianos from here forward without a doubt. - Mark Anderson
