I entrusted my 50 year old Yamaha C3 to Ruggero piano service for new hammers. Richard Ruggero thoroughly evaluated the piano in my home and took the action with him to complete the work. This is a job which involves precision and a great amount of detail. He ensured I got the finest hammers from Germany, completed the restoration in the shop and returned to spend six hours meticulously integrating, regulating, voicing and tuning. The piano sounds and feels as though it has just come from the Yamaha factory. I could not be more pleased. He had to contend with a number of incidentals caused by previous work and did not get up from the bench until he was satisfied that the piano was in exemplary condition. I received skilled service, at a fair price and my instrument is in stellar shape. Moreover, Richard and his staff are professional, courteous and accommodating at every step of this process.
