I have wanted a grand for many years, and Zach at Ruggero was very informative in helping me pick out the perfect one for my home. He gave me helpful information and suggestions, and allowed all the time I needed to play the instruments I wanted to play in the store. The customer service from when we walked in until the delivery guys left has been superior. Chris Ruggero and I stayed in contact via email before, during, and after my purchase.
