My experience with Ruggero is that if I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would! Ruggero Piano is simply outstanding—from their beautiful showroom to their top-tier customer service. I purchased a stunning Yamaha piano from them, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Their team handled the delivery with the utmost care. They also have provided tuning services with certified piano technicians, who have given me valuable guidance with the care of my piano. Chris, the owner, is not only incredibly kind and knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about helping customers find the perfect piano. Everyone in the office is equally fantastic, friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their communication, whether by phone, email, or in person, is always prompt, thoughtful, and welcoming, making every interaction a pleasure.
