Ruggero Piano took AMAZING care of us during our research and purchase of a Yamaha upright piano. We really appreciated Bill's approach - he asked us a number of questions about what we were looking for and took us on a tour of almost every piano in Ruggero's showroom. We never felt any pressure whatsoever. We were able to play whichever piano we wanted to play in order to help us make our decision. The delivery of the piano went off without a hitch and it sounds terrific. We would recommend buying a piano from Ruggero's without hesitation or reservation!!! - Andy Greene
