Customer Reviews

I contacted Ruggero Piano upon moving from Florida to the RDU area. My prized Yamaha C-6 had been jostled too much by “certified”(?) piano movers in Florida. I was able to secure a service call in very short order; Richard Ruggero himself even came into the phone call to talk me off the proverbial ledge with worry. (I’m a trained concert pianist who has seen many, many piano moves and had never experienced the carelessness of these movers). Hyun Joon did a superb job getting the piano back in shape. He and I discussed the optimum post-move time for an initial tuning in our new home, and I know who to call! . I look forward to a long relationship with Ruggero Piano and thank the staff and management for their welcoming nature, professionalism, and expertise. - Steve Chicurel-Stein
