Customer Reviews

It was with some nervousness that I started searching for a piano for our home, and in my research I was pointed to Ruggero Piano by more than one person. When I finally made a visit to their store, I found out why. Richard Ruggero spent lots of time with me, answering all my questions, discussing options & even showing us the work they do in their shop. I didn't feel any pressure from him at all, but left my first visit with so much more knowledge than when I walked in the door and close to a purchasing decision. A week later we decided to invest in an Estonia he had on consignment & were equally pleased with the service we received as we made the purchase & received the piano for delivery. Now I know personally why Ruggero Piano came so highly recommended to me. A huge thank you to Richard Ruggero, Chris Ruggero, Ashley, Zach & all the other staff who helped us out. We are thrilled with our new (used) piano! - Linda Simpson
