I just purchased a new grand piano from Ruggero and could not have been happier with my experience. Chris Ruggero was delightful to work with. He was honest, informative, helpful, and friendly. There was zero sales pressure from start to finish and I feel confident I got the very best piano for me at a competitive price. When I had to push back my delivery date not once, but twice, Chris couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating.
