It has been an absolute pleasure working with Chris and the entire team at Ruggero Piano over the past few years. The in home tuning service is outstanding. Scheduling is easy and they are good about reminding me when the instrument should get a touch up. The time spent on not only tuning but also inspecting the instrument is really appreciated. Every time the tuner leaves the instrument sounds amazing and is playing better than it did before they arrived. I also rent pianos from Ruggero for events and performances and again they make it so easy with a ton of options for instruments and logistics to make each performance a success. Aside from all these areas of expectations around the services Ruggero Piano provides, they are a family run business and they treat you as such. I’m always met with a kind phone call, timely emails and the willingness to collaborate be it scheduling or a rental which is why they are the ONLY piano company I work with in Central NC. - Christian Tamburr

Lend a hand, save the band! During Hurricane Helene, the Avery High School Band lost all its instruments. The NCBach Festival and Bach and Beyond are playing a kickoff fundraiser for the Band at Ruggero Piano on Dec. 7, 2024 at 7 PM to raise money to get them back on their feet.
