If you are looking for an awesome piano buying experience then look no further than Ruggero Piano! Richard, Chris, Zach, and staff were all wonderful in helping me select my new grand piano. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and there is zero pressure on the customer. My "new" grand piano is actually a completely rebuilt mahogany 1917 Mason & Hamlin Model A; straight from the workshop of Ruggero Piano. I've always wanted a vintage Mason & Hamlin and boy did I hit the jackpot. This instrument is magnificent! I was able to come and play many different pianos over several visits to ensure I found the one I liked. I kept coming back to this Mason & Hamlin. Lend a hand, save the band! During Hurricane Helene, the Avery High School Band lost all its instruments. The NCBach Festival and Bach and Beyond are playing a kickoff fundraiser for the Band at Ruggero Piano on Dec. 7, 2024 at 7 PM to raise money to get them back on their feet.
