I am a local piano teacher, and have both bought instruments from Ruggero and also used their performance space for recitals. I have been so impressed by their professionalism and kindness, and they have always taken great care of me and my piano. Buying from them was a zero pressure experience that actually ended up being fun—they are so willing to work with any size budget, and will search for the right piano for you for as long as it takes. I have LOVED the piano I bought from them, and when it had a couple issues within the first year of buying it they moved it to the shop and back and fixed it at no cost to me whatsoever. Lend a hand, save the band! During Hurricane Helene, the Avery High School Band lost all its instruments. The NCBach Festival and Bach and Beyond are playing a kickoff fundraiser for the Band at Ruggero Piano on Dec. 7, 2024 at 7 PM to raise money to get them back on their feet.
