From my initial phone call, I have been thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Ruggero Piano! Despite not being an actual customer, residing in Grand Rapids, MI, I sought assistance in determining the manufacturing year of my upright Schimmel C120 EM. Remarkably, within minutes, I not only received an answer to my question, but also gained insightful details about my piano.
