As a professionally trained musician searching for a high-quality, preowned grand piano, I had a wonderful experience at Ruggero Piano. They have an extensive collection of instruments in great playing condition and an extraordinary team of certified tuners and technicians with a deep knowledge of the instrument. I had a great experience working with Chris, who responded right away to all my questions and helped me select a wonderful instrument that sounds great in our music room. I also benefited from the vast technical knowledge of Richard (the store owner) and Bob (whose in-depth experience helped guide me toward a final decision). Ruggero’s exemplary warranty — which covers a complementary tuning, a year of technical support, and a five-year structural warranty — demonstrates the extent to which they stand behind their work.
