I recently purchased a beautiful new Yamaha U1 piano, a true quality instrument, from Ruggero Piano, and I couldn’t be happier with the buying experience. Zach, the sales representative and piano technician, was a true pleasure to work with. His knowledge of pianos was incredible, and he was both professional and hospitable during the process, with no sales pressure, whatsoever. Chris, the general manager, made the business aspect of the purchase very easy and straightforward, and gave very personalized and friendly service. Finally, the delivery of the piano was absolutely flawless. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend Ruggero Piano and give them an A+ rating. What a wonderful experience!
