I have had such a great experience this past month with Richard (father) and Chris (son) Ruggero at this excellent business. Our daughter's family is moving to Durham, and she had commissioned me and my husband to find just the right piano for their household. We went to our usual NY/NJ sources but then found Ruggero Piano. The Ruggeros spent lots of quality time with us on two visits and multiple phone calls, helping us sort through our thoughts and questions. We ended up with a great solution--a gorgeous-sounding Schimmel C120 upright that fits our kids' space limits while satisfying our own longing for a high-quality instrument with a truly beautiful tone and wide dynamic range, all at a fair price.
