We moved our upright Schimmel cross country in December. I had Jay tune it and he found some damage that I didn't initially see as a result from the move. It also sounds great! Thanks Jay! Anyway, I scheduled a repair with their shop and the end result is nearly perfect. I'm very happy with Ruggero's work and will definitely call them up if I ever need their services again. - Shai Oren
