One of our baby grand pianos had been deemed “end of life” by a prior tuner. We were advised to trash it. It was my husbands childhood PIA o & had sentimental value. We switched to Ruggero for an assessment. Bob Salvato from Ruggero advised he could definitely bring the piano back to life. He spent an entire cleaning, adjusting, replacing strings, adjusting hammers, felt, etc. The piano once deemed “dead” is now restored and sounds like new. We are now Ruggero customers for life.
