Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and there is zero pressure on the customer. My "new" grand piano is actually a completely rebuilt mahogany 1917 Mason & Hamlin Model A; straight from the workshop of Ruggero Piano. I've always wanted a vintage Mason & Hamlin and boy did I hit the jackpot. This instrument is magnificent! I was able to come and play many different pianos over several visits to ensure I found the one I liked. I kept coming back to this Mason & Hamlin.
