A number of months before I was actually ready to purchase, I visited Ruggero on the recommendation of a friend. Despite the fact I was up front about the fact that I wasn't yet ready to buy and might not be ready to buy for several months to a year, the staff member on duty spent a large amount of time with me--helping me figure out what instrument might suit my needs. The store then kept me in the loop by eMail when instruments that might fit my needs arrived in stock. A number of months later (about a month ago) I returned to the store and made a purchase of a brand new Yamaha P22. I was offered an excellent deal, and have been enjoying the instrument tremendously.Even after the purchase, I have contacted Ruggero a couple of times--once for a recommendation on a piano instructor and another for a recommendation on a repair service for another type of instrument. Both times they have been responsive in providing quality advice.I will most definitely utilize Ruggero's services in the future for all of my piano-related needs. - Chris Coser
