Excellent, comprehensive selection of the best pianos at any price point, combined with attentive, friendly customer service and some of the most pleasant people imaginable. They also have a fantastic workshop where they rebuild, refurbish, and service pianos to the highest standard. I loved the shop tour and enjoyed seeing their superb craftsmanship at work.
