I could not be happier with my experience with Ruggero Piano. I recently purchased a Yamaha CLP-875R from them to replace my old upright and it is amazing! Ruggero's pricing was better than the big, online retailers and their customer service was unparalleled. Chris and Zach were very helpful through the process and pointed me to several YouTube videos they had made reviewing the features of various models which was super informative. Chris was diligent about follow-up and the logistics of buying and picking up my purchase was seamless.
